Masters mostly help those wanting to get into university teaching, so it depends what you're after. If your focus is primary, secondary or private school education, a masters is of limited use - you'd be better off getting professional teaching quals.
If your aim is mainly to get a well paid and steady teaching job overseas, my recommendation would be to get full professional QTS (qualified teacher status) in your home country, then get onto the international schools gravy train. |
