You sound like you're onto a winner with your place in the north east. I'd be interested to hear how you get on with your next buy to let. I guess you'd need to know the local area quite well in order to predict if it would be a high-rent area. Unfortunately, the only area I know is around London and the south east, which is ludicrously expensive. |

| RIght. I lived there for two years. But there must be someone out there - perhaps a specialised agency for this - who could advise you on where to buy. There must be forums and web stuff too. Never bothered looking. |
