I hope somebody can help me to pass on information. I know a guy who is coming to Kyushu from Tokyo and he told me there are places in Tokyo (NOT gaijin houses) which you can rent without paying key money and without having a guarantor. You do have to make a payment up-front. He would like to know the situation in Kyushu but lame as this, I really can`t help him.
I have always lived in houses/apartments here where you need one or two guarantors and have to fork out key money. At the present I am living in an apartment where the rent and key money were both very reasonable. However, can anybody give any information I can pass on? Is there accommodation in Kyushu with that same system - lump sum upfront but no key money or guarantor needed? I honestly don`t know so I am hoping somebody is kind enough to give this information so I can point him in the right direction. |
