				| I wonder if there is anyone in Russia with a DELTA who is in a management position, like a DoS for example. I'm sure there are a few, especially in BKC and Language Link. Is there anyone who has a DELTA but who works / has worked for another school there somewhere? |

				| There are some. God knows why. Extra work but no extra cash worth the mention. Why? |

I can only really speak for BKC and I know they have a number of ADoS and a couple of DoS positions. Most of the staff in those positions have a DELTA. They do less teaching and more teacher support - I don't know about the money side.

I imagine it's similar in LL. I think EF has mainly Russian teachers just doing admin work.

As for the other smaller schools, in-company teaching places etc, it seems to be just the guy who owns the business who does that sort of work and/or Russian admin staff who tell you which book to use. |
