| Actually at my favorite taco place, the salsa dishes just get passed from table to table--they make six different kinds and you just say "who's got the guacamole?" and they pass it over to you. |

| The recycling of salsa in restaurants kind of worries me too as a lot of Mexicans are, 'double dippers' with the tostados. |
