Hi there guys,
been in mexico for almost amonth now i guess. its been great and apart from getting my laptop and mp3 stolen from my hostel, its been cool! oh well.... Laughing

anyway im now looking for an apartment on return to el DF in a week. which delagacions should i be looking in for fairly central places? im not too fussy. so far ive sent out emails to places in benito jurarez and cuauhtemoc.....

Sorry to hear about the theft...was that in Guadalajara? Which hostel, so we know where not to go?

Are you looking for a furnished apartment, unfurnished, or something to share? Another poster was looking for a roommate (scroll down not too far), and I know of someone looking to rent out a furnished room. PM me if you're interested.

Otherwise, delegaciones Cuauhtemoc and Miguel Hidalgo are good choices, containing the colonias Roma, San Miguel Chapultepec, Condesa, Narvarte, Napoles, and Del Valle, to name a few. Many places will be pricey in those areas, but you can often find deals. If it's a furnished place you want, you'll find that most easily in the above colonias. Coyoacan and Juarez are two other options as well.

it was B&B Mexico in Roma near Insurgentes that my stuff got stolen
