Yes - James Cook school is reputable.

I also noticed the advert on the Prague metro a few weeks ago.

What can we say about a school that is too mean to pay for a real advert and sneaks an ad in here for free ?

Though this is an old post, it still may be worth mentioning that, based on their own recruiting materials, James Cook provides a financial incentive/bonus for instructors employed w/ JC who recommend new hires.
