Few questions for anyone who works there or has worked there.

I've been reading a lot about ZU lately from here and other sources. I got the whole salary and benefits thing but and it sounds like the remuneration is sufficient to live on (even with my 3 kids and wife) and I am getting ready to have an interview. What I was wondering is what kind of interview process should I expect?

How long after the first interview could I expect to hear something and can I expect any further interviews?

They are hiring for this August as well as for next January. I don't think I could take a job this August (Define nightmare: trying to uproot 2.5 kids and a wife in less than 30 days!) but I'd like to know if they would do their selection for January at this time or would they wait until December?

Does the English Language School have any ESP classes? If so, which subjects?

QUESTIONS FOR ANYONE WHO LIVES THERE WITH KIDS:
How difficult will it be to get a 6 year old into school in the middle of the school year if by that time (january) she will not have started 1st grade? (school begins in March here)

Can anyone give me some real simple figures on the total cost of daycare/preschool for my 2 year old?

I'm also considering a nanny. What kind of costs would I be looking at to hire a full time decent quality nanny?

any help would be appreciated.

I interview w/ ZU this past April. As it was a job fair, almost all employers gave me conditional offers w/in 2 week (no 2nd interview w/ ZU). Once they make that conditional offer they begin contacting your references to fill out a form. They say they are interviewing for August and January starts, but I wouldn't be surprised if you receive an offer for August. I applied last December for the upcoming academic year, but they were eager to fill the posts. I suspect this is recruitment for their Sweihan military campus.

Regarding questions about kids - check out Frances Gunnison's (mother of 6) blog (http://sandflowers.blogspot.com/)..she just moved back to the States, but could probably answer your questions.
