The standard SAFEA suggested contract is undergoing selective changes.
As schools suffer specific problems with one FT, the school's solution becomes a new contract provision.
"If the teacher comes to the classroom 5 minutes late Party A will deduct 100 rmb from Party B salary. If 10 minutes late, 200 rmb. If 15 minutes late Party A may dismiss Party B for cause."
This is really funny because it shows what problems your predecessor left as a legacy and you are forewarned about sensitive areas to avoid. |
