Hi,
I`ve been offered a job in Logrono: Does anyone live there? lived there? Or been there even? I`ve read what I can on the Internet, I`d just like to hear personal experiences/opinions.
I`m wondering about; How much I`m looking at for shared accommodation? Are there many English speakers about? That sounds a bit stupid but I speak very little Spanish at the moment, though I am trying to learn.
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks,
Dawn |

Hey Dawn,
I lived in Bilbao and went on one weekend trip to Rioja region: I don't have much info to offer you. However, the region was beautiful and, as you might know, is one of the top wine regions in Spain, if not Europe and the world. Of course, you are not me and I am not you, but I would be really interested in possibly moving there. I guess you're doing the right thing by asking questions. I wish you good luck. |

Logrono is on the Camino Frances. I walked through it in 06.
It was a nice clean town of a decentish size with a good library. They seemed to have about all the amenities.
The weather there would be nice this time of year. Why not go and have a look? |
