It's really cool that you're an expert on the practices and staffing norms of Japanese embassies and government departments. Maybe your energies might be better directed at learning the answers to your questions though? Then you wouldn't have to waste everyone's time here with inane questions that are covered in the FAQs or have already been answered! Good luck with finding your free ride1!!!!111!  |
