This might seem like a stupid question, but I can't find one anywhere--does anyone know where a copy and printing center is in Krakow?
I need to print several pages and make copies of them, on a regular basis, and other than Internet cafes with lame inkjet printers, I can't find anything.
Does anyone know? Thanks! |

There are loads in the city centre around all the student areas/university buildings. Look at the advertising on lampposts as you get into the centre, there's bound to be one that you'll see.
Names of roads I forget as i've been in warsaw for 2 years. |

Thanks for the reply, but could anyone tell me what Polish words in general to look for, for this sort of place? (I'm sure it's something obvious but just to be sure...)
I've been scoping the lampposts and shops in the center to no avail.
Thanks again. |

Xero or Ksero (as in Xerox, the company), and Druk* (I'm not going to list all the available word endings, just Drukowanie) mean Photo-copy and Print respectively. Those are what you're looking for, and as Simon says, there should be quite a few about. |

You might want to try Copy 2000, toward the Dietla end (not the Poczta end) of Wielopole. Haven't been there in a couple of years, but they seem the most Kinkoesque in terms of equipment and staff, and they might be able to cope with English instructions/requests. However, they're probably a bit pricier than the numerous one-man, one-old-copier enterprises to be found scattered around Krakow. |

Thanks a bunch, all of you--once I knew the proper words to look for I could see heaps of places to go. I hadn't found them before because most of them are hidden away in passages and the like. There are at least four I've found around Karmelicka street where I needed them to be, including at a Mailboxes Etc. |
