When lodging a residence visa application for an accompanying dependent spouse, is it neccessary to provide a marriage certificate, or is it acceptable to provide evidence of being parents of the same child who is also an accompanying dependent, specifically a birth certificate?
Can couples who are not formally married but are parents of the same child, all planning to come together to the KSA as a family, reasonably apply for residence visas?
Or is it absolutely necessary to submit documentation of marriage proper with the application?
Many thanks in advance.
