Hi, I'm debating between a few countries to go abroad to and teach.
I read though about possible age restrictions on the Z Visa in China?
I'm graduating from my university this year but I will only be 21, will I be unable to get a job in Mainland China? I'm asking because I was thinking maybe it had to due with the Olympics and a crack down on visas.. |

I don't think it as much of an age restriction although age would be a factor. Many provinces, don't know which ones or if it's all of them, require foreign experts to have at least 2 years relevant working experience and at least a BA before they will issue a Foreign Expert 'letter' which you need to have to apply for a Z visa.
Go ahead and apply for jobs and see what happens. |

You may be asked to lie about your age to your students (i.e. tell them your 24), but I don't see there being any major obstacles. |

Lots of opportunities to get laid by some of the hottest young things you'll ever see. Big rock candy mountain, my boy.
Of course, you'll need to respect the morals and customs of the Chinese people while you're here, so Just Say NO to that slender, silky young thing in her black leotard, especially if she's wearing stiletto heeled boots and a mohair top. |
