Best site to check Northern Italian weather forecasts/Italy specific forum

I'm looking for 2 links, one for up to date, and relatively accturate Italian weather reports, and forecasts (Italian OK because I have a web translator). These website are usually more professional, not YAHOO weather, but something Environement Canada, which has the best accuracy record (within 2-3 days of forecasting), of course. Also yr.no is a great Norwegian equivalent, which has Worldwide forecasts, though I know they are MOST accturate with thier Norwegian forecasts. What does Italy have?

Also, I'm looking for a Italy specific travel forum/board where I can ask more questions about Italy, answered by Italians (in English).
