Hello all, I have just arrived in this amazing city. It seems quite complicated and am only on my 3rd day of being here. I was wondering if there are any groups getting together anytime soon. I have checked out the calendar from the link Naturegirl posted and it seems like there are quite a few events. Could anyone help me to get to know the city? I am looking to meet new people whenever possible. If you have any suggestions, please let me know! I have a cell phone and I can pass it on if you pm me.
Thanks so much!
Annita
PS: when passing through imigrations I asked for the maximum number of days for a turist and the woman was really nice. She gave me 182. I think as long as you ask for it they give it to you. Has this happened to anyone else? |

Glad you like it. Wait a bit though, cloudy days and smoggy weather are the norm. But if you-re stuck on staying, see my PM with info about good schools.
Get togethers can be found here. There are a LOT coming up because of Christimas http://calendar.yahoo.co.uk/naturegirl321
I-d be willing to show you around. Email me at naturegirl321 at yahoo.com But it has to be before FRIDAY. I leave then to visit family.
Max is 183 days. Happens all the time. |
