Looks good on their website but I figured I'd come here for any advice.

Just tonight I was given the go-ahead. My Visa and work permit are in process. When the contact was about to tell me the starting date we lost connection.

Is it a good school?
What's the best neighborhood nearest the campus?
Are there lots of norms and no nos and superstition in VN as in Thailand?
Any cautions to keep in mind, traffic craziness, tauts, food, etc?
Are they a fairly honest people?
How devoted to Communism would you say they are, 1 to 10?
