Hi Folks,
Well I have taken up the offer to come to JKT and work for EF. I know the ups, downs, and numerous pitfalls, but it is an easy gig for a man of my years.
They have promised me flight repayment from Mongolia, a shared house with 4 new companions, and a wide and varied range of age/level classes - some mixed up in one pot I imagine.
The salary is ok. I am an early-retired headmaster from Britain, and I have been traveling Asia/Southeast Asia for some year. I do not care for, or need, an extravagant lifestyle. I am simply here for some fun, some wine, some women, and some song: the simple pleasures of life.
I hope, in the eventuality we may perhaps meet, you would not object to sharing a bottle with me in the famed Jaksa and Blok M areas once I arrive and find my footing (I once visited Jakarta many years ago and, therefore, know these places). |
