C'mon brother, can't the reincarnation of one of the greatest rock n' roll singers of all time use the search function?

This has been posted numerous times and it's a tired question.

BUT, after reading a bit, ask specific questions...ie...what restaurants are available in different cities, tips on what specific areas to find accommodation, prices of accom. , etc.

There are hen duo (many) people on here who have good info.

Sing, can ya? Taichung seems to have a lively expat band scene....so does the area of alleys across Roosevelt from TaiDa University.

There was even a write up on CNN's travel section about that grassy knoll next to FuHe Chiao, near Taida, Just at the end of Keelung Road. I've seen several concerts there and its a fantastic intimate outdoor venue...lots of ambiance. Perhaps someone has the Chinese name? I forget.

I think that living near the Bitan is good. I live next to the Bitan 橋(chiao). Of course it might be too quiet for some. No bars and night life here.
