So since you brought it up, are you going to be so kind as to share the price and deal you found it for? Did you get it in JKA? Is it contract service or pay as you go? Does it have Web Access? You started this thread, so give us the details.

| Oooooh, are we talking about the latest 3G iphones? If so, I would like details too please. I heard that talks with telkomsel were going nowhere as Apple were refusing to sell unlocked phones. Do we have them on the black market now? |

My friend brought one in from KL. I believe that it started its journey in the US of A as it was passed to her from her boss (she had two now she has one and she is using it).
4,000,000rp I was robbed!!! However, it syncs beautifully with my iMac (no more of those incompatibility issues with WM6). The 3G works like a dream using a regular SIM and voucher system.
Talks with Telkomsel concerning subsidized deals simply drifted away on the night's breeze (or so I can make out from the various blogs).
I have noticed the Nokia N96 is now available at a juicy price of 7.7jt - that could be the next best thing. It is quite sad, for me, that my friends in the West get their phones for free.
