I also send New Year's greetings to everyone at Dave's. I know things look grim in the world today but remember that in Spanish you say " �Pr�spero A�o Nuevo!", so let�s hope for a little verbal magic for 2009.
For those of you in the D.F. for tonight's festivities, there's a huge street party sponsored by the DF government taking place along Reforma from Chapultepec to Insurgentes, with activities centered at El Angel (just a few blocks from my house!) including live music and FIREWORKS!! at midnight.
