Hi everyone,

I have just secured a position at KFUPM and would welcome being able to contact someone working there regarding the conditions . I have read with interest all the posts relating to KFUPM and Saudi Arabia in general, as well as other Middle East posts, and it seems that the majority of you are all content with the place. However being new to the Middle East I would appreciate more information on the specifics of courses offered, current state of security, housing offered, Dhahran/Khobar/Dammam area among other things. Would anyone be willing to be PM'ed?

Used to work at Hafr al Batin Comm College, which is under the auspices of KFUPM, but cannot tell you very much about the main campus in Dhahran.

What I can tell you is that as an employer they're very decent & reputable and will treat you fairly in all matters.

You have not yet arrived and already you are planning to change jobs ?

Instead of asking others about what they do, why not tell us more about yourself ?
