Well, it's a really nice play to be, beautiful cities and great people (from my experience, although others disagree. I think it depends on whether you live in Budapest or a smaller city).
Unfortunately the economy is in a right mess at the moment. The country's pretty much bankrupt according to the Hungarian president. Of course most EU countries are being hit by the recession, but Hungary seems to be getting it much worse than others.
If I were you I'd work somewhere else and go on holiday at Lake Balaton.
By the way, I'm not teaching in Hungary any more, some maybe somebody who is still in the country could give you some info on how easy it is to work out there at the moment. |
