What are some good websites for teaching English abroad in Asia?
I am looking to teach primarily in Thailand. Does anyone know of any good websites with companies that offer teaching contracts for Thailand? As well, I am interested in teaching English in Japan, China, Korea, or Vietnam. Can anyone recommend any sites for those places as well?
Best,
Michael |

Uh, Dave's ESL Cafe might have some ... and there's the sticky at the top of this page: "Asian Job Links." You can also subscribe to TESL-JBL and look at www.tefl.com. |

If by "websites" you mean sites with job ads, go to the sticky FAQs in the Japan forum.
If you mean sites that give you teaching advice or lesson plans, say so. |

If you are looking for information ABOUT living and seeking employment in China, try:
http://www.middlekingdomlife.com
They don't accept employment ads, but luckily Dave's Cafe is readily available.
If you want methodology, handouts, and info on the mechanics of teaching, start at Dave's and Google outward.
Best of Luck. |
