| I contacted Overseas Schools to ask them about teaching abroad. This is on the U.S. state departments website. They told me to get a hold of search associates and tieonline, and one other one. Search Associates charges a fee of $200. Tieonline charges $39. I was wondering if you need to be registered with these agencies to get into job fairs, or can you just show up to one when you get wind of it, resume in hand. Or another option would be to contact a school, make sure they will be at the particular fair and interview. Is this far off? I am a trained content teacher with experience. It seems international schools pay a pretty competitive salary in comparison with just doing ESL in a public or private school |
