Last night I found a thread that showed a really easy way to search these forums using google.

It was AMAZING! I found so many answers to my questions, because the search feature doesn't work as well as I'd like it too.

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to find that thread, but with no luck.

Can you link me to that thread or give me that great information?

Last night all I did was type 'Google' into the search feature and it was right there on the first page. When I did the same search today, I went through pages and pages and pages and still did not find it.

Thank You,
Sheila

Google is amazing. Google is sometimes used as a verb - not even Microsoft or Coca Cola can claim that.

Try two words in the seach box e.g. type in 'searc* AND Google' (the * allows for a wider range of matches i.e. you'll get 'search, 'searches', 'searched', 'searching' all). (You could also try 'Googl*', as santi84 implies). I'd also recommend that you select a forum (the General Discussion one would seem most likely). Doing all that ('searc* AND Google' on GD forum) produced 130 results, a manageable number of thread titles to be getting on with scanning through to see if any rings a bell.

Thank you, I'll try that now!

And, yes, Google is pretty amazing!
