I've been living in Thailand for about six months, so I am by no means an expert, but I do feel like I've got my feet wet (and in fact ruined a pair of shoes trying to go for a walk during a monsoon). I remember when I was thinking about/planning this move I was pretty desperate for any first-hand information I could get. In an effort to 'give back' as it were, I wrote up my own little guide for living in Thailand.
So You Wanna Go To Thailand
Hope you find it helpful. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. |

Very nice
I'm glad you got the chance to get out into the after those ten years of post college thingies.
Thailand is a great place to start.
Indonesia is also very amazing and the language is much easier to learn.
best wishes

Nice blog, but you should add a little something about your teaching experience. |

LOL... when I get some 'teaching experience' I will! I feel like I still don't have a clue what I'm doing and I have no idea if any of my students are actually learning!
But, actually, it's not a bad idea for a blogpost. Thanks. |
