For Saudi unis and colleges I wouldn't rely only on ''here'' or any single website in particular, but would visit their websites one by one and send my resume if - or even if not - they advertise for teachers.
You need to find a good, i.e., all-inclusive listing of unis and colleges in Arabia.
I used one at wikipedia or at - if I remember rightly - www.braintrack.com.
No idea how it works for Saudi high schools.
This is my advice.
