Hi all,
I will finish up on the NET scheme in mid-July and I would like to get some work on one of the summer programmes (school, language centre, whatever) before heading home to Oz.
Does anyone know of any good ones ,or any dodgy ones to stay away from?
I can't do British Council, because although I have a PGDE and over 4 years' experience, my TEFL certificate had no supervised teaching. Boo.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

I did quite a bit of work for English for Asia. The pay is reasonable as they block hours on the summer courses.

Thanks once again. I just called them and they sounded more onto it than other places I've been in contact with. |

That might be your best bet. Also try SPACE and the other university adult education schools - there's one at each uni, tho SPACE is the biggest and I know it runs intensive summer progs (or used to!). |
