As March is running its course, the won is becoming more unstable. There are several places that predict that the won will fall in value and very few that thinks it will rise. The cost of living in Korea hasn't change very much, but if you're like me, you have to send money home. Every day that passes seems like I'm getting a pay cut. At what point do you ask for higher pay?

Or when you're ready to switch jobs if they say no.

How long have you worked at the school? HOnestly, I don't think that they'd give it to you. LIke you said, cost of living in Korea is the same, so unless you've done something, more studies, more responsibility, I don't think it would work.
