40,000 CK per month for a 30 hour week.
12,000 housing allowance (I can keep the remainder if it is less than that)
Flights included
Meals during work time included
Seems to be a very good school.

Is this a decent salary for living in Prague?

It's so good that I'm 100% sure it's a scam.

1) Prague schools almost never hire from abroad
2) Normal salary range is 26,000 - 28,000 monthly - this is way over
3) Housing allowance is not normally included on top of pay
4) Czech employers do not pay for flights.

Where'd you hear about this one? Report them.

I should add that its a British curriculum International school following UK practices.
I have done a bit of research. Its recognised under COBIS Council of British International schools and they have been inspected.
They are also prepared to pay for my return flight out there for interview, which seems promising.

Its good by local standards but the salary is lower than what a qualified teacher gets paid in UK or Ireland. They are only hiring qualified teachers (PGCE, B ed QTS).

If it's genuine, yes, it's very good by local standards.
