This recruiter is pushing me hard to sign a contract
One year
5,000 RMB
20 classes per week
including teaching teachers.
Can I do a six mos contract and still get a Z visa? I want to ask
you all before I ask him so I am equipped with the right answer.
Thanks!!

This topic is still being discussed in another thread.
If you plan to work legally, you must have a Z visa - regardless of the length of contract. |

OP, yes you can. The Z visa gives you the right to enter China for the purposes of the job that you were invited for. It lasts for one month to give you time to complete a medical check and apply for a Foreign Expert Certificate and Residency Permit. It is these documents that give you the right to work here. |
