	  | It seems that you are the only one who is crying out ...the fact is that the goverment of the US as well as many other do provide support services so I would rekon that it is our own goverments that are supporting that form of imigration much the same and the unofficial support of the chinese when they allow this kind of work enviroment to foster the employment of FTs... |
Where did I mention government or government policy? I am talking about the people on this forum who advocate entering China to work illegally.

And contrary to your opinion, I am only one of many on this forum who repeatedly point out that entering China to work on anything but a 'Z' visa is against the law. We all know how the law is interpreted differently across China, and how the relationship between employer and local PSB can be all important, but that still does not detract from the fact that it is illegal to work in China on a 'F' or 'L' visa.

PS - Please learn how to spell 'GOVERNMENT' correctly.

				| Evaforsure: 1. If you are going to quote more than one poster in your response, for the sake of clarity , please specify the posters to whom you are responding to and quoting. That way, everyone might have an idea to whom you are addressing your relies.
 2. The only thing I advocate is that those who are considering coming to work in China do due diligence and be prepared to face the consequences if things go wrong after having chosen an illegal route to work.

That's good to know, because that's what I'll be doing. My husband and I are going, but I'd have to get the Z visa in the US, and that would complicate his accompanying visa, since he applies in Peru, although with all the paperwork, it can't compare to the probs in Peru
