Hi, I did read the sticky on Apostilles in the mexico forum but this is completely over my head. So I'm a british citizen and say I get my CELTA in Poland, or spain or somewhere in the EU, do I have to get it notarised to work in South America? presumably in the country I got it, is this just relevant to continents outside the EU or fewer countries than this or more? If I get my celta in another country do I have to get it notarised to use it in the UK? Is this a hard process to do? Do I have to do this with my UK degree certificate as well to make it valid outside the EU? If I get my CELTA in mexico does this require apostille to use there/ in the u.k. Massive ramble, really sorry, but this all just went way over my head. any help would be muchos muchos appreciated

DOn't need your CELTA apostillised. It's usually for degrees.

Some places need it apostillised, some need a copy apostillised and some just ask for your original degree. I think that if you need it apostillised, you'll have to go to MFA and then possibly take it to get legalised at the country's embassy where you want to work. SO you go to MFA; then for example, if you want to work in MExico, take it to the MExican Embassy.
