This may be a long shot, but I'm trying to get in touch with a friend of mine from Istanbul -

Andrew's the name. Can't remember if he worked at Antik or Interlang in Kadikoy- the latter I think.

Andrew left Istanbul in 2002 with plans to work in Asia/Australia for a while and then return to Istanbul.

If anyone knows how I can get in touch with him, please let me know.

Seems like no-one seems to know him. Why don't you get in touch with the aforementioned schools. leave your email address with them and ask them to pass it on to him. They should know his address from his CV

dmb, great idea, I hadn't even thought of it. Besides, I guess I'll always look at the Istanbul tefl crowd as such a small community, even thought it certainly was not. Well, the Asian side was a small community...
