I'm headed for Trujillo to look for work at the end of this month...well that would be Saturday. Does anyone know of any openings anywhere? Or should I just try my luck at Universities/Institutes when I arrive? How hard is it to find a decent place to live there? |

Easy to find housing. I's a uni town. There are two unis. and one big institute., El Cultural. YOu'll find a job pretty well, just don't expect much pay. I know that ghostdog was there. Try PMing him. |

El Cultural, Vivential and CIDUNT (on Av. Espana) are institutes that offer work. UPAO, Cesar Vallejo, UNT, UPN there are lots of universities that you could try for work.
If you are looking for short term CIDUNT are the most likely to take you on.
Regarding housing there are many places that rent out rooms for very little. Try walking the streets around Monserrat (between Fleming college and UPAO) there are usually lots of places there since it is close to the university. |
