shanewarne, I don't want your money but I can give you the number of three agents that can probably find you work if you want to come on a student visa.
You can probably earn about 30,000NT teaching English in the afternoon on a student visa. You can take Mandarin class from 8Am to 10AM and Shida.
If you have any questions just ask. I can answer questions about part time work and about classes at Shida. I even know of a Chinese-Dutch who got a job teaching English in Taipei. I used to work with a Polish girl who taught English. |
Hi there,
I'm in the same kind of situation I guess being a non-native english speaker, from Holland actually.
I am looking to find work as an english teacher in Taiwan to cover some expenses of studying mandarin and improving my pool-game. (yea the money games here are not really something to rely on as a means of income )
Could you provide me with the same information you mentioned in the quote above JZer?
