Enjoy your time off, from your other posts this sounds like a needed break for you.

I read an article on Digg late last night about a school near San Antonio, TX closing this week after 3 students were diagnosed with swine flu.
Is this spreading?

I am setting up an interview this week with a school in Qeuretaro; anyone living in the city have any news on outbreaks there?

Hope you can enjoy all three - the more I read the less I wanted to read.

But my students loved them so I had to see what it was all about!

I'm in the office, as I'm admin-ing, but as I have a lot of spare time, I'm re-studying French - Any French teacher out there would like to give me conversation classes?

I worked there back in 03 if Im not mistaken I was making about 10 to 11,000 pesos biweekly. But Im telling youll recieve no support from admin. when the students are out of order. If your in Mexico now, Im sure you have a sense of how caste the society is. Youll be teaching the weathiest of the wealthy and for them the Tec is just a means to an end with English (language studies) being on the bottom of the hierarchy. Most students feel that English is being imposed because its a requirement. They feel that the US is slowly obsorbing them. If youre already in the north of Mexico then you probably see how Americanized it has become.

GOOD LUCK IF YOU WANT TO WORK THERE!!!!!
