Is KFUPM one of those top five in KSA?

Depends on what you're looking for to some degree. I'd say KFUPM is in the top five - although there are places where you can earn more money (with the right qualifications and experience.)
But for good places overall to work, KFUPM is one of the best in my opinion

| Educationally it is the best. In terms of working conditions it is a good employer. Certainly the best employer I have had in KSA. |

| Academically, it is definitely the best. And it is pretty much the only one that is known outside KSA for academics. |

| I've just heard that KFUPM hires only caucasian English teachers. I suppose with their prestige among Saudi universities they want to give certain impressions. |

You misheard. It only hires native English speakers, and the majority of them are going to be 'caucasian', but ethnicity does not enter into the hiring decision. |
