Hello everyone!
I will be graduating with a bachelors in Elementary Education this December and I was wondering if I need any certifications to teach abroad. This is all new to me and I see that many of you write about TEFL courses or CELTA courses which I shamefully admit have no clue what they are....
Can anyone shed some light on this matter? Please
Thanks! |

Do you have experience teaching?
A state recognized teaching certificate?
If not, get a year of experience and then apply at International Schools, then you don't need to worry about other certs.
I am a cert. teacher in Texas and I am interviewing without any ESL certs. the schools want my state cert instead.
Good luck. |
