Right up there in the right hand corner is a button that says "edit." It lets you go back and fix the worst of the typos when you catch them.
BTW... there is little comparison between the UAE and KSA visa system. The UAE has added the expensive and waste of time certification of papers, but that doesn't affect the time it takes to get your visa. With even greater expensive and aggravation one can even do it after arrival.

Ahhhh Ms VS I tried to do that after I posted but it wouldn't let me even though there were no other posts.
One should not only do the right thing, one should be seen to do the right thing.
And with that I bid you all good night and pleasant dreams |

Kipling,
There is this divide in schools between those who do have teacher accreditation and those who don't. I really don't remember what the ESL staff got paid, if I ever knew anyway.
ESL roles are sometimes paid below teachers, you would have to ask CfBT. I do remember teachers were being paid 175000. Advisors 225000 but that was ages ago. Why don't you ask Teachanywhere they would know.
Please don't shoot me, I am just the messenger!
Just recently HCT tried to tell me my wages should be the same as one of their teachers. When I pointed out that as a Principal I was leading not only all the teachers in my school but 'leading learning' on behalf of all the students they still didn't get it. In their eyes a principals role was equal to a teacher! |

| There are many positive posts on these forums about Mosaica, Nord Anglia and Cognition. These PPPs treat their staff with respect, have support structures in place for them, provide professional development opportunities and sometimes pay or subsidise them. Sabis and CfBT are the two PPPs that seem to attract the most negative feedback along with the MoE project, Madares Al Ghad. Sadly the almighty dollar has spoken on the TES website and access to the many stories posted by CfBT staff either employed or previously employed by them are no longer accessible. |

| She's done it again! The CD in AA has sent a long-serving teacher home just months short of 3 years service to this shoddy outfit. Does she think there's a never-ending supply of teachers dumb ass enough to go on applying for jobs with this company? When does the MD begin looking at his middle management? |

| She never needs a reason! If she's in need of one to satisfy her whims, she manufactures whatever it is she needs. |

Long service....3 years. So descriptive of our profesional status.
Short service...long service; do not the same rules of process apply? |

What process? Do you think CfBT has a process that's used all the time? Any process is made up to suit the situation as they go along. How does this company survive? |

Well, it seems that you just cannot trust the CfBT Educational Trust!

Good Lord there's some strange fat guy masquerading as NCTBA
Where is the Barrel of the Good Stuff that we know and love.
I think we should be told
Thank you POSTERS also for the "lively" debate about C&BT. I don't think it's for me as I get the impression that anything less than direct hire is pretty hit and miss, with honorable exceptions of course.
I remain, good people, a very grateful Mr K |
