I sent in a CELTA application(not pre-interv. task or anything) for a school about a week ago. They said that they would contact me with a phone interview and then emailed me some tasks to turn in later. How long does it usually take to get accepted to take a course?
Just getting a little antsy here, wanting to book travel stuff asap as well... |

It may depend where the centre is - some countries have holidays this week. |

When I applied earlier this year for the CELTA course in Paris, it took about a week for them to reply (via email) with a date/time for the phone interview, which took place a couple of weeks later. The interview took about 45 minutes over the phone, and the interviewer verbally offered me a place at the end of it. This was then confirmed via email a couple of days later.
But as the previous poster said, I'd imagine that probably it would vary from place to place... |
