Aargh! Probably not if they are human resources professionals. It's a ponderous bureaucratic, overweight piece of sh... I'm not aware of it being used much in the UK, where a more concise document is needed, in line with US practice, as far as I know.
I'm in Italy and I don't bother with it. I use a two side of A4 CV, which is certainly enough for the people I deal with and I suspect is probably appreciated for its un-Italian brevity.
