I am thinking about working there in the Business program. Does anyone have any comments - good or bad?

Is this the university with campuses in Hua Hin and Bangkok Rama IX ?

If it is, I've never worked there so can't offer you any advice, good or bad. However, the message from its new President on their flashy website should tell you all you need to know: he describes the university as a "boutique". Shocked

Strange, I always thought they were places of academic learning ...

I have not worked there either but I have a mate who was offered a job there (at Hua Hin) a few years back. Re his accomodation on campus, they asked him if he would mind "roughing it" at the Hua Hin Country Club. A few years ago they preferred teachers with experience of the American education system. I presume they still do.

I have never worked there although the Hua Hin campus is very nice. I checked it out about two yrs ago--this is a summary of the situation then:

My sources said that the place had had a few ups-and-downs over recent times.

The HH campus is in the middle of a golf course/country club. There may have been problems getting students to live 3-4 miles away from the city. In addition, the owner is a businessman with many interests. He himself is not an educator. I think that the comments re American system are correct.

The management was hoping to get more students by opening a BKK campus. I don't know whether it worked, but they have been advertising lately, for faculty.

Suggest you look at all the info on various sites.

Eddy
