| Yes I know that this thread is about Izmir but have you ever noticed that living in certain parts of a country can often be compared to living in other parts of that same country? Dang. |

Oh yeah right, like the fact they speak the same language, is that what you mean about similarities?
If not, I for one would be interested to know about the things that Istanbul and Izmir have in common. Oh silly me, they are both cities, thats it isn't it? |

| ah love the sarcasm and the inability to look beyond it and focus at what's really being talked about here. The similarities in having to pay for things when you want to live. you want to get into the mentality of people living in different cities? the way the walk, think dress? that's not what people were asking about here. the question was if 4500 TL was enough to live on in Izmir, or have you failed to read the first e-mail in this tread. My point is that if one can live on that in Istanbul, one should have no problem at all living on that in Izmir. |

Ok, I see, so why didn't you say that in the first place?
I think I addressed the op's question in my earliest reply. It was the bollocks about that other place that threw me off kilter, perhaps you could have started another thread, if you felt that part of the issue needed to be analyized in more depth. |

| Ok. I'm sorry to have to post this here but you Otterman Ollie seem to have some difficulties reading things. I am not writing bollocks here you were. All I did is provide some, hopefully useful, info to others and you keep talking smack. I'm out 'n save your insults buddy. Next time read the threads properly before you start making hasty judgments. |

Hi Tvik, how's it hanging? You did the right thing to get out, the fan is totally clogged up with all the bs flying about, no prizes for guessing who got the blame for it.
For the best of reasons don't want to say much more here, pm if you fancy a chat.
Regards Ollie |
