If I took a job with Deborahs kinder care school.......to get a foot into HK, would I have to get a few pounds of release paperwork in order to switch to the net scheme job? I know it sounds slimy; I'd put in at least 6 months and maybe even stay if I really liked it.
Thanks a lot for any info.

Not really sure - I guess it depends on the contract. Doesn't it say something like 'give one month's notice in writing'? |

Sounds fair and quite western. In South Korea you needed quite the documents to show to your new empoyer regarding why you left the former (official letter of release...)
Thanks for help. |

Well, it has been so far for me - perhaps some other posters can say if they've had complications? |
