I'm a Hong Kong citizen and my husband is an American. We are currently living in the US. He is an English teacher in university and college for four years already. However, the teaching market in the US was so slim, he has difficult to find a full-time job in the past two years.
We are evaluating which country is giving the best to us. He has a Master degree in English but he is over 50 already. I know that it will be difficult for him to find a full-time job with this age in Hong Kong. But do you think he may still have a chance? How about teaching as a tutor? What kind of income he may get from working in tutor centers?
I believe I can find a job in Hong Kong and he can live and work there with a dependant visa from me.
Any advice is appreciated. |
