What can I expect to pay for utilities (gas/electric, internet, water) in Beijing?

480 rmb per 1 to 2 months ele...
phone with internet 180 rmb per month..
30 rmb every 6 months, the area compound trash p/up and cleaning grounds..
gas really low .. like I have only paid twice in several years...cant remember .. the cost |

Per month:
Electricity 75 RMB (higher in winter, lousy heat)
Water 25 RMB
Gas 35 RMB
China Telecom with DSL internet 120 RMB
offset by the 10 RMB I get from the recycling lady for my empties... |
