Hello,

I am looking to teach English overseas this January, and I have essentially boiled down where I want to go to 2 places; South Korea or Taiwan.

At this point I am STRONGLY leaning towards Korea, primarily because of the ability to save more money there. Things like covered airfare and accommodation really help as well.

I had originally wanted to teach in Taiwan, as the climate is better and I simply have always wanted to go there, but the money is too hard to pass up in Korea.

I have a few questions however...

Is the money THAT much better in South Korea vs. Taiwan?

Secondly, how hard is it to find a decent gym in either location? I'm a huge lifting junkie, so this would be another important factor in my decision.
