I'm one of those rare, rare people who come to teach in Taiwan with an associate's and a TEFL instead of a BA.

I'm still working on my BA.

The problem is, I have to take these tests for some courses that I'm doing by distance for my BA, and this requires a proctor.

I've approached a couple of Taiwanese universities about it, but they think I'm trying to pull some kind of trick. That I can't speak Chinese past a beginner level really puts a dent in my believability.

Therefore, I'm coming on here and asking "would anyone be willing to proctor for me?" I'll pay $1,200 an hour in proctoring fees. That's good money.

Here are the qualifications you need to have:
1. Be a teacher, librarian, or staff at a dedicated testing center
2. Have an official school e-mail address (my school will not approve proctors through Hotmail or Gmail)
3. Be in or near Kaohsiung

If you meet those qualifications, I will come to you at the time of your choice and take the exams. $1,200 an hour, folks, not bad considering you don't have to do anything except watch me and make sure I don't cheat. Since I have seven exams and they'll take about an hour each, that's the opportunity to earn $9,600 Taiwan dollars! Not bad!

Please reply ASAP because if I can't submit a proctor request within the next few days, I'm going to have to withdraw from the courses.

What does dedicated testing center mean? What qualifies as a dedicated testing center?
